Protecting your privacy when processing personal data is an important concern for us. When you visit our website, our web servers automatically store the IP address of your device, which you receive from your Internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting us, the web pages you visit on our site, as well as the date and duration of your visit. This information is essential for the technical transmission of the web pages and the secure operation of the server. Personalized analysis of this data does not occur.

If you send us data via the contact form, this data will be stored on our servers as part of data backup. We use your data exclusively to process your request. Your data will be treated as strictly confidential, and we do not share it with third parties.

profimusic gmbh reserves the right to amend the content of the data protection provisions as necessary. Therefore, it is recommended that customers review them periodically.

In some cases, we may need your name, address, and additional information to provide you with the requested service. The same applies if we supply you with information material upon request or if we respond to your inquiries. In these cases, we will always inform you. Additionally, we only store the data that you have automatically or voluntarily transmitted to us. Whenever we process personal data, we do so to offer you our service or to pursue our commercial objectives.

3 Automatic Data Collection through Cookies, Sessions, and Log Files
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser's cache that allows us to analyze your use of our website. This enables us, for example, to greet you personally on your next visit or to display information tailored to your interests. Furthermore, our contractual partners set cookies for evaluating user behavior for advertising optimization (so-called "Social Targeting"). A session is a single session stored on our server for a short period. Log files are created by the server and stored by us. They contain automatically recorded logs of all or certain actions of processes on a computer system.
Cookies, sessions, and log files do not store security-relevant or personally identifiable data except for your IP address. These files cannot transmit viruses, spy on data on your computer, or send emails without your knowledge. Moreover, each web server can only read the cookies it has set itself.
The following data is automatically collected when you visit our websites through cookies, sessions, or log files: + Your Internet address (IP address)/hostname + User agent/browser type and version + Website from which you visit us (referrer URL) + Operating system used + Website from which you are redirected to other websites + Page views on our website + Date and time of your access + Your customer number + Your name (encrypted) + Your layout in the shop + Session + Session ID + Campaign banner
These data are stored separately from the data you provide when creating a customer account with us. There is no linkage of this data. The automatically collected data is analyzed for statistical purposes to optimize our websites and offerings.
If you do not wish to use cookies and log files, you can block or restrict their use in your browser. However, this may prevent you from using certain functions of our site. Alternatively, you can also place orders with us by phone, mail, or email.
Session cookies are deleted immediately upon closing your browser, while all other cookies related to you are automatically deleted after one year. Partner cookies, such as Webtrekk (see below), have a maximum lifespan of 24 months.

4 Transmission of Personal Data
If we transmit personal data from you, we do so exclusively to:
a) Various service providers or partner companies that support us in processing orders, providing customers with information, and delivering services (order data processing according to Art. 28 GDPR). These companies are also obligated to comply with data protection regulations. Strict data protection requirements apply to order data processing, and these companies are only allowed to use the data for fulfilling their tasks on our behalf. profimusic gmbh is responsible for ensuring that these companies comply with the provisions of data protection laws and has concluded corresponding order data processing agreements with the service providers.
c) Under certain circumstances, we may be obligated to disclose your data due to legal provisions or legal proceedings. Transmissions to public authorities or agencies only occur within the framework of mandatory legal regulations.

5 Fraud Prevention and Abuse Detection
When you visit our websites, your data for contract processing (e.g., purchased items, name, postal address, email address, delivery address, payment method, and bank data) and a cookie (i.e., a small text file stored locally in the cache of your web browser) or a visitor ID, which can contain anonymized control data of your used end device (e.g., screen resolution or operating system version) and which can identify your end device with a certain probability during further visits, are automatically checked for indications of fraud or misuse of our e-shop.
If there is suspicion of fraud or abuse, one of our employees reviews the assessment and the underlying indications. If a contract is declined, we will inform you and, upon request, provide the essential reasons for the decision. You will then have the opportunity to have the decision reviewed by one of our employees through info@profimusic.com.

6 Web Tracking and Web Analysis
Google Tag Manager: This website uses Google Tag Manager. The Tag Manager does not collect personal data. The tool triggers other tags that may collect data themselves. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it will remain in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. You can find Google's privacy policy for this tool here: https://www.google.de/tagmanager/use-policy.html

7 Advertising and Remarketing Tools
Google Ad Services / Google AdWords Conversion: This website uses tools for "online marketing" from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This serves to determine whether a visitor came to our website via a Google ad. Google uses cookies that are stored on your computer and allow for an analysis of website usage. The cookies for so-called "conversion tracking" are set when you click on an ad placed by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you wish to prevent "conversion tracking," you can configure your browser to block cookies from the domain "googleadservices.com." You can also exercise your opt-out right through the page: http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/. If you want to learn more about these methods or how to prevent Google from using this information, click here: https://www.google.com/settings/u/0/ads/authenticated

Use of Google Remarketing: This website uses the remarketing feature of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). The feature is used to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. The technology enables us to automatically display target group-oriented advertising to you after your visit to our website. The ads are based on the products and services you clicked on during your last visit to our website. For this purpose, a "cookie" is stored in the website visitor's browser, which allows the visitor to be recognized when visiting websites belonging to Google's advertising network. Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser when you visit our website. Google typically stores information such as your web request, IP address, browser type, browser language, date, and time of your request. This information is used to associate the web browser with a specific computer. Ads can then be displayed on Google's advertising network pages that are related to content that the visitor previously clicked on websites using Google's remarketing feature. If you have agreed to allow your Google account to be linked to your browser history and to use information from your Google account to personalize ads, Google will also use the remarketing function across devices. In this case, Google collects your Google ID and uses it for cross-device recognition purposes. According to Google, no personal data is collected in this process. However, if you do not want to use Google's remarketing function, you can disable it by changing the appropriate settings at

http://www.google.com/settings/ads or in the "My Account" section. Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies for interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out page at http://www.youronlinechoices.com/ch-de/praferenzmanagement or http://optout.networkadvertising.org. You can also prevent cookies from being stored by configuring your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. For more information on how Google uses cookies, please refer to Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=ch.

Google DoubleClick: This website also uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google. DoubleClick uses cookies to display relevant ads to users, improve campaign performance reports, or prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Through a cookie ID, a pseudonymous identification number assigned to your browser, Google records which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times. This pseudonym is associated with user activities on our websites. This allows Google and its partner sites to display ads based on previous visits to websites. The information generated by the Doubleclick cookies is transmitted to a server in the USA and stored there. Google complies with the privacy regulations of the US-EU "Privacy Shield" agreement and is certified for the "Privacy Shield" agreement: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. Data is only transferred to third parties within the framework of legal regulations or contract processing. In addition, DoubleClick can use cookie IDs to record conversions that are related to ad requests. This occurs, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later accesses the advertiser's website with the same browser and makes a purchase there. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personal information. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google's server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our knowledge: By integrating DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 (1) S. 1 lit. f GDPR. DoubleClick cookies are deleted after a maximum of six months. Our goal in using DoubleClick is to show you ads that are relevant to you in order to make our website more interesting for you. You can find further information about DoubleClick at https://www.doubleclickbygoogle.com/de and general information about data protection at Google at https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=ch. Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at http://www.networkadvertising.org. You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various

ways and thus use your right to object:

a) by adjusting your browser software accordingly; in particular, the suppression of third-party cookies will prevent you from receiving ads from third-party providers;

b) by deactivating cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com," https://www.google.ch/settings/ads, with the understanding that this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies;

c) by deactivating interest-based ads from providers that are part of the self-regulation campaign "About Ads" via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, with the understanding that this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies;

d) by permanently deactivating them in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome via the link http://www.google.ch/settings/ads/plugin.

Use of Facebook Custom Audiences Pixels: In order to present visitors to our website with interest-based advertisements on Facebook during their visit to Facebook, we use "Custom Audiences Pixels" from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). We have implemented a pixel from Facebook on our website, which establishes a direct connection to Facebook's servers when you visit our website. Information is transmitted to Facebook's server that you have visited our website, and Facebook associates this information with your personal Facebook user account. For more information on data collection and use by Facebook, as well as your rights and options to protect your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. If you wish to object to the described connection with Facebook, you can do so by sending a message to Facebook.

We have implemented technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, manipulation, and unauthorized access. All our employees and service providers working for us are obliged to comply with applicable data protection laws. Whenever we collect and process personal data, it is encrypted before transmission. This means that your data cannot be misused by third parties. Our security measures are subject to a continuous improvement process, and our data protection declarations are constantly revised. Please ensure that you have the most up-to-date version.

9 Data Subject Rights
Please contact us at any time if you would like to find out what personal data we store about you or if you would like to have it corrected or deleted.
